for All Employees
It's that time of year again for employees to complete the Fall 2004 semi-annual performance appraisal and incentive payment process. 1

To be eligible to receive a performance incentive payment, full time employees must have:

Notes:
1 Employee Performance is evaluated and incentive payments made twice per fiscal year (Fall and Spring).
2 At the beginning of the next fiscal year (July 1, 2005), employees will be eligible to receive a base salary adjustment equal to the total of their incentive payments from this fiscal year. Base Salary adjustment will not include incentive amounts based on overtime and shift differential.
3 Employees who are at the top of their salary range are not eligible for the base salary adjustment.
Incentive payments and base salary adjustments are subject to funding availability as determined by the District Governing Board.


Additional information for consideration: Employees who have not yet scheduled a semi-annual goal review meeting with their supervisor should do so as soon as possible to ensure that the November 8, 2004 deadline is met. Here are some questions to consider in preparation for the discussion:
