COURSE DESCRIPTION:
PHE 120A. Aqua Fit. Credit Hours: (1) Water training program, works all fitness components: Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. All fitness levels, swimmers, and non-swimmers.
Two lab.
COURSE CONTENT:
- Fitness training principles
- Rate of perceived exertion (RPE)
- Positive and negative effects of water exercise.
- Safety
- Exercise adherence
LEARNING OUTCOMES:

2. Use resistance/water tools to develop strength.
