COURSE DESCRIPTION:
PHE 100F. Hatha Yoga. Credit Hours: (1) Introduction to Yoga and Meditation. Explore Hatha Yoga, practice breathing exercises, yoga poses and relaxation techniques.

- Basic asanas (postures)
- Basic pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Relaxation techniques
- Safety and precautions of yoga practice
- Historical and philosophical perspectives

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
