COURSE DESCRIPTION:
COURSE CONTENT:
  1. Performance activities designed for aquatic cross training;
  2. Water cross training principles;
  3. Use of water to intensify training, minimize injuries;
  4. Interval training principles to vary training process;
  5. Water tools and training variability;
  6. Goal setting;
  7. Pre and post physical assessments.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: a. Aerobic capacity
b. Resting heart rate
c. Flexibility
2. Use resistance tools to enhance muscular endurance/strength.
3. Develop exercise adherence behaviors.
